Chrome- ($100)

1. Program Recognition. This includes a company logo in the Event Schedule program. Logo to be provided by the company in digital format by January 2, 2012.

Silver- ($250)

1. Exhibitor space including one table in meeting room for a display.
2. Program Recognition. This includes a company logo in the Event Schedule program. Logo to be provided by the company in digital format by January 2, 2012. AND logo at registration desk. This is a tabletop space for a company logo to be provided by the company in 4” x 6” size.
3. Does not include registration for the meeting nor meals.

 Gold- ($500)

1. Exhibitor space including one table in meeting room for a display.
2. Program Recognition. This includes a company logo in the Event Schedule program. Logo to be provided by the company in digital format by January 2, 2012. AND logo at registration desk. This is tabletop space for a company logo to be provided by the company in 4” x 6” size.
3. Podium Speaking Time of 5 minutes will be given to the sponsor to use as they wish during the program.

Platinum- ($1,000 )

1. Exhibitor space including one table in meeting room for a display.
2. Program Recognition. This includes a company logo in the Event Schedule program. Logo to be provided by the company in digital format by January 2, 2012. AND logo at registration desk. This is tabletop space for a company logo to be provided by the company in 4” x 6” size.
3. Dinner Banquet Recognition. This includes a company logo in the Dinner Banquet Program and Podium Speaking Time of 10 minutes to use as they wish during the Banquet.
4. PowerPoint on display during Coffee Break. A slide show by their company will be displayed in the coffee break/exhibitor room throughout one coffee break. Please provide the slide show in digital format before January 2, 2012.
